...how about this-- I'll give you three wishes. You can use them at any time, and with them, you can ask for anything you want. And I'll give it to you. But once they're used up, they're used up... no matter what you use them on. You can't take it back once it's out. You don't have to use them all. But they'll get you whatever kind of instant gratification you desire.

[Oh but that can't be all, because that's too easy. It's too nice.]

But-- in return, every time you use one of those wishes, after it's granted-- I get to do something I want with you. How does that sound~? Are those enough rules to satisfy you~?
