so, this up close and personal, you can probably feel the exact reaction he had to that nuzzle, this outfit isn't one with a lot of room for error ]

[His physical reaction only makes her heart race. She knows that she's probably pushing him, but now that she's this close she really likes the way he smells.]

Lupine... you smell really good.

[She nuzzles his jaw, her hands loosening their hold on him a bit, but still not letting him move away from her while she indulges herself.]

[ Well, she's not pulling back in mortification or horror, which was a genuine concern, so what little of his brain is functioning on that level feels a surge of relief. Relaxing back into the wall very slightly.

After a moment, really very breathless, ]

Thanks.

[She can't help but lean into him more fully, still nuzzling him. That just made her awareness of his arousal even stronger.]

Mm. [She then opens her mouth and he'll feel her fangs scratch his skin.]

[ hngh ] [ The — little scrape of teeth definitely doesn't go over badly, and his hands find her shoulders... but if he would have tried to nudge her back before, he definitely isn't trying now. A taut shiver. ]

[ Just. Checking in with her, one last time. He's absolutely a little dizzy from how hard and fast the blood rushed out of his head a few seconds ago. ]

[She could smell his arousal on his skin and feel it in the way he shivered.]

[Her tail continues to swish slowly back and forth, reacting to the affection she gave him and brushing his legs again. Instead of biting him, she presses kisses to his throat, chasing the smell of Lupine in his hair.]

[ Can't smell hers anymore, but the nymph in him is all the more responsive to what he can smell, feel, almost taste. She wants this, wants him, why is he hesitating.

Wets his lips, head tipping back, giving her better access to his neck in the process. ]

Just — tell me how do you want it.

How I... want it?

[That makes her stop for a moment, considering. Then she makes a bit of a possessive growl.]

I said I wanted you to touch me, didn't I? I don't want you to be so gentle like I'm glass.

[She nips at his throat, but her hands are gentle when she finally touches him so she can kiss him.]

Not here. Let's go somewhere else.

[ —And maybe it's the growl, maybe it's her saying that, but— ] [ Damn, he really wants to follow her, especially parts of him, but.

Lupine catches her hands. Very aware of his own heartbeat, pounding through him. He was hesitating, is hesitating, for a reason. ]

Wait. [ Shit, it's not — easy to think, haah. ] Wait, I don't...

[ Maybe he's being ridiculous, maybe this is exactly like Ren usually gets in bed, they only actually talked for the first time in this game, but. She was so different earlier. And he knows the nymph card is making him — agreeable, Rye called it. ]

[Just sort of slumps against him, face pressed into his chest.]

We could do something else...?

[ —Hell. Lupine cinches his eyes shut, then brings a hand up to rub her back. Hopefully reassuring. Still getting his breathing back under control, but hell. ]

Ren. [ Soft, so soft. ] I'm not upset with you.

[ So very not upset. ]

I just — know that neither of us are really thinking straight here. [ And he only just met her, so again maybe he's totally off base, but if anything it seems like the were card hit her even harder than it hit him earlier. Very gently: ] I don't want to do anything tonight that we might regret in the morning. You know?

[ And the nymph in him is definitely switching gears, he would so much rather go take a cold shower than do anything that might hurt her in any way. ]

[It's on the tip of her tongue to immediately tell him she wouldn't regret it, but if he wasn't interested she would. She would be mortified. Part of her wishes she could pin him down and bite him until he wanted her as much as she wanted him at the moment.]

Then... after the game.

[She cups his cheek and gives him a quick kiss. It takes all of her willpower not to look as disappointed as her monsterbrain felt.]

We'll talk about it then.

[ A lack of wanting it and her, right now, is not the problem. But the shifted gears are definitely helping him cool off faster than he would otherwise. ] [ The kiss is very soft, and there's an apology in it somewhere. A chuckle, ]

Yeah. When we're all back to normal, just... shoot me a text if you're sure you still want to fool around. [ Beat, he adds: ] Or if you just wanna talk. That'd be okay, too.

Of course! We could probably do both of those things if you wanted.

[Though she will be apologizing for this offer later, given that she's already tried to force him once.]

[ OH LOOK, IT'S ALL THE GUILT HE'S TRYING TO AVOID, STILL COMING FOR HER. ]

Heh. [ Very gently disentangling himself. ] We'll see.

[ ......might also want to double-check with Rene first, too, just. If there's any miscommunication here, he will throw himself into a friggin volcano. You two are really cute and he doesn't want to mess anything up. ]

Mm! Well... have fun at prom, okay?

[Her new floofy tail might be wagging just a little bit once she's untangled from him and she tries to put a smile on. It's fine and not at all going to be embarrassing to think about later! She will try her best to go have fun without him for now.]

[ sobbb ] [ Another little bubble of hesitation — but getting space is the better part of valor here, right? The nymph's concern for her is keeping his head clear for the moment, but it's just a matter of time before he gets distracted by her ears again. Rubs the back of his neck. ]

You, too.

And-!! If... if you wanted to dance again soon, I'd like that too.

[She really did enjoy that, actually. Part of her wishes she weren't being so accommodating right now. She wants so badly to just pin him by the throat and make him hers. Still.. it would be no fun if he didn't enjoy it.]
