You'll find Brave Vesperia Ellipsa in Blossomcrown, a nice little bit of (plainly furnished) office space.

In the front room, there are some chairs and a bench and a nice little plaque hanging from the wall, upon which the guild laws are engraved:

1. We support each other and always act with the interests of the whole guild in mind.
   
2. We strive to always do the right thing, and punish those who don't.
   
3. All for the guild, and the guild for all.

Two doors at the back of the room lead to one office, where members of BVE can meet with a client for more privacy, and then a wider training room with basic training equipment. The latter is not a patch on the Seasonal Guild training rooms, nor is it meant to be; just a basic space where you can lift weights, run on a treadmill, use an exercise bike, or spar together.
