Most of this outfit has acquired STRATEGIC RIPS from the Hunger Games, which definitely don't match up with any of the actual injuries he sustained during them. (Lupine also had his cloak from Outfit #3 with him, but no rips there, for whatever fanservice-related reason.)

The boots were also in bad shape, one of the heels broken, but he had Felicity fix them up for a Repair live.
